Ferrari Amalfi Spider

The Ferrari Amalfi Spider takes the front-mid-engined V8 grand touring formula and translates it into an open-top 2+ layout without losing the model's balance or elegance. Ferrari kept the surfacing clean, the proportions resolved, and the driving position focused, so the car feels just as intentional with the roof closed as it does when opened for coastal roads, long weekends, or clear evening drives.

Its fabric soft top opens in 13.5 seconds and can be operated at speeds up to 60 km/h. Ferrari also engineered the roof system to stay practical in daily use, with a compact folded thickness of 220 mm, luggage capacity of 255 litres with the roof closed, and 172 litres with the roof open. A wind deflector integrated into the rear seat backrests helps preserve comfort when you want the roof down for longer stretches.

Inside, the Amalfi Spider uses Ferrari's dual-cockpit philosophy to create a cabin that feels focused without becoming busy. Physical steering wheel buttons return, the iconic start button is finished in aluminum, and the 10.25-inch central touchscreen is placed as a shared interface between driver and passenger. That balance makes the cabin easier to use in real driving while still feeling unmistakably Ferrari.

The 2+ layout adds flexibility for short rear-seat use or extra cabin storage, which suits the car's grand touring role. Ferrari also integrates the wind deflector into the rear seat backrests, helping reduce turbulence without forcing you to interrupt the drive just to make the cabin calmer at speed.

Ferrari developed the Amalfi Spider to preserve aerodynamic performance on par with the Amalfi coupe while delivering the comfort expected from an open-top grand tourer. The active rear spoiler operates in multiple positions and can generate up to 110 kg of additional load at 250 km/h in its high-downforce setting, with a drag increase of less than 4 percent.

The soft top is more than a styling choice. Its five-layer acoustic construction is designed to support insulation and refinement, while its compact 220 mm folded package helps preserve usable luggage space. The result is a Spider that feels usable on real trips, not just brief fair-weather drives.
